QI GONG HEALTH practicing Da Wu and learning Tendon Changing Classic

IN-PERSON classes are temporarily cancelled. They will be added to the schedule when the lock down is lifted.


HOW TO BOOK CLASSES
  1. LOGIN to your account. (If you do not have an account, SIGNUP for one first).
  2. Find the class in the schedule and click on Book Now.
  3. You can book a single class or multiple recurring classes. (See Video Tutorial).
  4. Call us at 905-282-0882 if you need help booking.
HOW TO JOIN CLASSES
VIRTUAL CLASSES
  1. About 5-10 minutes before class starts, you will receive a confirmation email from the instructor, click on the JOIN link in the email.
  2. Call us at 905-282-0882 if you need help joining a class.
IN-PERSON CLASSES
  1. You must BOOK and reserve your spot for all in-person classes.
  2. Wear a face mask prior to entering the studio. (Please read our FACE COVERING POLICY)
